Accounts Payable

Essentially, these short-term IOUs from one business to another are debts that must be paid within a given period to avoid default. We keep track of what you owe to whom, and make certain they are paid on time.

Accounts Receivable

Considered assets, this is the money you are owed from clients or vendors from outstanding invoices on sales of goods or services on credit. We keep track of these, too, so you get everything coming to you.

Bank Reconciliation

We verify that the amounts on your bank statement are consistent with amounts listed in the cash account for the General Ledger and vice versa. This process can be complicated and time- consuming, taking you away from face time with clients – another reason to let us do the work.

Balance Sheets

A Balance Sheet summarizes your assets, liabilities, and capital for a specific point in time, and details your income and expenditure over the preceding period. We create this snapshot of your financial status using your transactions recorded in the General Ledger.

Cash Flow Reports

This report complements the Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and records the amount of cash and cash equivalents entering and leaving your company. We always like to see a strong positive cash flow which indicates a healthy business.
Bookkeeping

We record every single financial transaction and create reports from this information. Each transaction is identified, approved, sorted, and stored so they can be presented in the company’s financial statements and other reports.

Bookkeeping for Individuals

From keeping you organized and on budget, to growing your net wealth, we can help. We tailor our bookkeeping to your specific needs.

Financial Statements

Three types of financial statements serve as the most important resource of reliable and audited financial data: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Report. All public companies must submit these to the SEC and investors. We create these statements so you can analyze and predict the future direction of your business.

Personal Financial Statements

These spreadsheets detail your personal financial state in terms of personally held assets and liabilities at a given time. It’s an incredible tool to give a snapshot of your financial stability outside of the business.

General Ledgers

The General Ledger is the centralized source containing all financial accounts for your business. It holds all the information needed to generate your Financial Statements and do your income tax returns.

Income Statements

Also called a profit-and-loss statement, this reports financial performance over a fiscal quarter or year. It’s a summary of revenues and expenses incurred through both operating and non- operating activities, and provides two to three years of historical data for comparison. It’s important to know how much your company spends and where it makes money.

Non-Profit Bookkeeping

With tax-exempt status and reliance on public trust, a non-profit business has distinctive bookkeeping requirements. Revenues and expenses differ from for-profit businesses, and a high level of financial transparency is needed to keep the IRS happy. Let us navigate those waters for you, so you can concentrate on your charitable mission.

Payroll

Calculating payroll taxes can be complicated. Don’t risk fines, penalties, and unhappy employees. Every situation is unique, so we compute and process payrolls according to your specific needs.
